We’re looking for a skilled Concrete Finisher II to join our growing team. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques who takes pride in producing clean, durable, and compliant work. You’ll work independently and as part of a crew to deliver high-quality finishes on sidewalks, ramps, slabs, and more.

What You’ll Do
Perform flatwork, ramps, slabs, and structural pours with minimal supervision
Use hand and power tools to apply broom, trowel, exposed aggregate, and stamped finishes
Ensure ADA slope compliance and quality control throughout all phases of finishing
Read and interpret slope callouts, finish plans, and project specs
Operate screeds and apply curing/sealing agents as required
Mentor Level I Finishers and support crew productivity
Maintain your tools and keep the worksite clean and organized
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE on-site
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in concrete finishing and flatwork
Proficiency with finishing tools (trowels, floats, edgers, screeds, etc.)
Strong understanding of concrete behavior and finishing timing
Ability to read slope and finish requirements, including ADA standards
Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions year-round
Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
OSHA 10 Certification and ADA Ramp Compliance Training preferred
Valid driver’s license preferred

Seeking a Class A CDL Dump Truck Driver. The position will be required to perform all activities related to the safe operation of heavy trucks. This includes truck cleanliness, general adjustment items such as clutch and brake adjustments and maintenance. Company drivers are also expected to assist the crews they are hauling for by sweeping, materials handling and any other required detail as requested by the Field Foreman.
Requirements:
Transport experience preferred although not required
Minimum 1 year experience
Class A CDL
Clean MVR
Must be able to lift and control equipment and materials up to 50 lbs.
Position frequently requires standing, walking, stooping, kneeling and driving for long periods of time.
This position requires working in the field on construction jobsites that will include heavy noise, potential equipment hazards and vehicle hazards.

We’re hiring experienced Pipe Layers.
Beck Construction & Excavation is looking for skilled professionals to join our underground utility crews. If you’ve got hands-on experience installing water, sewer, or storm drain systems—and can work confidently in trenches, read site plans, and set grade—we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
Install underground utility systems including sewer, water, and storm drain
Read and follow site plans, slope indicators, and grade stakes
Use lasers or transits to set and verify proper grade
Identify and install a variety of pipe materials, fittings, and valves
Ensure proper pipe bedding, slope, and alignment prior to backfill
Apply trench safety practices and maintain a clean, safe worksite
Coordinate with equipment operators and foremen to ensure smooth workflow
What You Bring:
1+ years of experience in underground pipe installation (storm, sewer, water)
Ability to read plans and use laser levels, slope tools, or transits
Familiarity with gasketed pipe, fittings, and live tap procedures
Strong work ethic and attention to quality and safety
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in trenches, and handle tough conditions
Dependable, team-focused, and committed to doing the job right
Requirements:
Must be 18+ years old
OSHA 10, Trench Safety, and Traffic Control Maintainer Certifications (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
HDPE Certification preferred but not required
Willingness to work early mornings, overtime, or weekends as needed
